INDEGLIA Environmental Science and Engineering, PLLC was founded by Paul Indeglia, Ph.D., P.E. in 2004 to service the architectural, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry.  Dr. Indeglia has Professional Engineer credentials in Florida, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, and Vermont.

He has worked with communities throughout the United States, especially on issues related to environmental regulations with completed projects in Alabama, Arkansas, California, the District of Columbia, Georgia, Guam, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana, Maine, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, New Hampshire, Nevada, New Mexico, New York, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Vermont, and Wisconsin.   Additionally, Dr. Indeglia has working in numerous communities outside of the United States including in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Belize, Burundi, Cambodia, Ecuador, Republic of Georgia, Kenya, Macedonia, Mexico, Nicaragua, Nigeria, Pakistan, Panama, Russia, Somalia, South Korea, the United Kingdom, and Zambia.

Dr. Indeglia has extensive experience involving water quality, water distribution and treatment systems, wastewater collection and treatment systems, storm water management, sustainability, alternative energy system design, land development, industrial ecology, environmental toxicology, human and ecological risk assessment, solid and industrial waste management, and contaminated site assessment and remediation.
